We’re alien superstar…
alien superstar is one of indie band from Bandung-
Indonesia presenting Indie rock pop genre. From
the beginning, they've already made and presented
their own song.
Alien SuperStar are:
Ari Sugriwa (Vocal)
Indra (Guitar & Backing Vocal)
Frisk (Guitar & Backing Vocal)
Aensa (bass)
Reza (Additional Drums)
Based from the same musical tastes and senses, Ari (vocal) and Indra (guitar) had a dream to start their own band, with their own songs. They met Tommy as a drummer and Aensa as a bassist, and they finally began to work out and created many songs.

At the beginning, the band was called Stories of Us. But after that, they had a long vacuum because of personal bussiness.

Ari still eager to raise the band, so he finally met Frisk as a guitarist. They return to continue the band, and even add their songs.

Later on Tommy (drummer) resigned from the band. To fill the drummer position, the band made some auditions, untill one day they met Reza which is fitting with the band. But Reza can’t be a permanent player, so he become an additional player only.
Eventually they decided to rename their band with something unique and a little bit weird. They chose the name alien superstar, hoping that this new name could bring them to be a “super star” one day.

alien superstar was born in 17th of August 2008, coincides with the celebration of Indonesian Independence Day. Since that time, they have been reborn and more anxious to do stage performance, as well as creating more and more great songs. They started recording the first single called “Nikmati Hari” (Enjoy the Day), and followed by their second single which is “Satu Dunia Semu” (A Fictitious World). Recently they have recorded a new single called “Fun Fantasy”, their first song in English language.

Now, alien superstar are preparing materials to make their first Indie album. They hope that their songs are acceptable, can be preffered and entertain all levels of society. Finally, let’s go to the star!!
